Technical Manufacturing, Inc. is a custom vinyl packaging company that manufactures all types of vinyl products in the U.S. at our location in Fenton, MO, just outside St. Louis. Originally known as Technical Sales & Services, Inc. the company began as a distributor and manufacturer’s representative for various U.S. companies and set up our own manufacturing facilities in 1985.

Our seedlings were started back when shoes were still made in the USA, but our growth was the result of evolution, adaptation, determination and the quality and innovation required to engineer custom and specialty packaging products that would showcase and protect our customers' products.

The talent of people with over 190 years of combined experience in flexible packaging is behind everything we make, and that knowledge is invaluable when it comes to choosing the right design, material and manufacturing technique. Whether your products live in simple, unpretentious or distinctive, showy packaging, we want to make them.

In our 35-year history, our custom vinyl packaging company has enclosed everything from toys to tools in all kinds of PVC material, making everything from simple pockets and pouches to unique and complicated custom branded containers for liquids.

Scott McKye

Scott has spent the last 40 years honing his skills in the printing and plastics manufacturing industry. He’s quick and clever, and enjoys bringing light and positivity to his employees and coworkers.

Mike Bishop

Mike has over 30 years of experience in printing and plastics manufacturing with degrees in both fine art and business administration. When he isn’t at work, Mike taps into his creativity in the kitchen as an amateur chef.

Barbara Kramer

Barbara has 20 years of experience in the industry and channels her curiosity to think strategically and bring creativity to the company. An aspiring undercover spy, Barbara enjoys watching Turner Classic Movies when she isn’t working.

Tammy Laws

Tammy has 27 years experience in the industry and loves helping customers.
